“WAKE EQUALIZING DUCTS” installations i.e. “MEWIS” ducts, “SCHNEEKLUTH” ducts. Accurate installation without affecting the vessel’s drydocking period.
“Ballast Water Treatment Systems” (BWTS): Highly accurate piping and supporting structures prefabrication. In cooperation with our affiliates we are able to generate 3D structural and piping drawings based on 3D scanning – 3D modeling – 3D design, which (the drawings) can be used for accurate prefabrication. Our aim is to minimize the ship’s idle period in the yard for the BWT installation or to provide solutions for installations at sea.
“SCRABBERS” installations. What we said above are also valid for these huge systems that will be installed on the ships in the near future. We are taking hard our commitment to reduce the installation time for such demanding system.
Another type of demanding works is the repair of crane jibs or cranes structural parts in general. Our company has developed and holds “Qualified Welding Processes” for steels of yield strength up to 700 Mpa, Our skillfull and experienced fitters and welders are able to perform high quality and accurate repairs in CRANES’ JIBS.
